The Santa Barbara County Fair is held in early July, featuring a lineup of top entertainers for the main stage, and as always, all concerts are free with admission. Unlike most county fairs that charge an additional fee for shows and concerts, all entertainment is included with paid admission.
The County Fair offers a variety of activities for the whole family. Carnival rides, entertainers, a petting zoo, animal shows, demonstrations, exhibits, and, of course, a vast selection of fair food from deep-fried Twinkies to corn on the cob.
The fair features over 200 vendors offering great food and merchandise. Popular attractions include Home Arts and Agricultural displays, the Junior Livestock Show and Auction, Demolition Derby, and a Western Rodeo.
Each year, thousands of visitors attend the Fair, which showcases the community’s interests and talents. The event offers a diverse range of activities, many of which are free with admission.
