In reply to Anna. The border is closed for non essential travelers until 7/22. I doubt if any tour busses will be running. You might want to wait a few weeks.

My wife and I are here in San Diego on vacation, I am American and my wife is Chinese with a USA visa, can she visit Mexico-Rosarita? and return to the USA ? No problems?
